Zombie Siege: Survive All 20 Waves
How your alliance starts a Zombie Siege, who can be attacked, how to set your wall, and how to reinforce so more members survive.
In Zombie Siege, waves of zombies attack every eligible base in your alliance. The more waves you survive, individually and as an alliance, the better the rewards.
Starting a siege
- The alliance earns Clue Points from Radar tasks. A Doom Elite or Doom Walker kill is worth a lot more than normal tasks.
- With enough points, an R4 or R5 picks a difficulty level and launches it. Unused points carry over.
Choose a level the whole alliance can survive, not one sized for your strongest few.
Who gets attacked
You take part if you've been in the alliance more than 48 hours, haven't been offline more than 72 hours, and meet the HQ level for the chosen difficulty.
How the waves work
- 20 waves, getting harder: easy early, rising through the middle, brutal from about wave 15.
- Later waves send two or three attackers at once.
- Siege attacks ignore shields. Your wall defense is all that matters.
- Once your base is breached, you stop being attacked and your personal run ends. A base with nothing on the wall falls in wave 1.
Preparation
- Recall gatherers and heal everything.
- Put your strongest squad in slot 1 and set all squads to wall defense.
- Keep all squads home.
- Stay online if you can.
Heroes that do well here include area-damage dealers like Kimberly and Tesla, sturdy tanks like Williams and Murphy, and supports like Marshall.
Reinforcing: the alliance's real job
- Before the siege, pair strong players with likely weak bases (usually 5–10 members).
- Send reinforcements between waves.
- Save your best squads for waves 15–20, when weaker bases start falling.
- Once your own base is breached, send your squads to help others, but always keep one home.
Rewards
Personal rewards depend on how many waves you survive, and alliance rewards on the alliance total. They arrive by mail.
