Desert Storm Battlefield Guide
The weekly 20v20 alliance battle: schedule, which buildings to take and when, and how to win the Nuclear Silo.
Desert Storm is a weekly 20 vs 20 alliance battle on a separate map. Troops you use there aren't permanently lost, so everyone can fight hard.
Schedule
| Day | What happens |
|---|---|
| Monday | R4/R5 open registration |
| Wednesday | Registration closes. Lineups lock |
| Thursday | Matchmaking |
| Friday | Battle |
- Only your warzone's top 32 alliances can enter.
- Two task forces (A and B), each with 20 starters + 10 substitutes.
- Members need base level 15+ and must have been in the alliance at least 24 hours.
- Matchmaking uses your alliance's historical power, so dropping power doesn't get you an easier match.
The map
| Opens | Buildings |
|---|---|
| Start | 2 Oil Refineries, 4 Field Hospitals, Science Hub, Info Center |
| 10 min | Nuclear Silo (the big one), Arsenal, Mercenary Factory |
| 20 min | Oil Wells |
- Points: you earn a capture bonus plus points every minute you hold a building. The Silo is worth by far the most, then Refineries, then Hospitals.
- Arsenal: +15% Attack, Defense and HP for your side.
- Mercenary Factory: −15% to the enemy's.
- Field Hospitals heal troops while you hold them.
- Supply boxes (about 1,000 points) drop when a building changes hands.
- Attacking enemy bases gives personal points only.
How to win
- Grab both Refineries and all four Hospitals immediately.
- Split into teams. Don't send all 20 players to one building.
- Be in position near the Silo by 9:30, then hit it together at 10:00.
- Take the Arsenal or Mercenary Factory to swing the big fights.
- Teleports are free and refresh about every 2 minutes. Save them for key moments.
- Have one shot-caller and use voice chat or Discord.
A Desert Storm win also counts toward Warzone Duel points for your server.
