Overlord (Gorilla): Unlock, Training & Skills
How to rescue and train the Overlord, what it costs to put it in a squad, and which skills to level first.
Unlocking it
- The Overlord arrives around day 89 of Season 2 on your server.
- Rescue it over 4 days with water, food and medicine (150 points in total).
- While you rescue it, 3 supply radar tasks a day appear and a baby gorilla brings gifts. Both stop once it's healed, so grab them while you can.
- An Overlord Growth Boost event runs for 7 days from the rescue.
Training it

In total: about 1,800 Certificates, 300,000 Guidebooks and 24 Bond Badges.
- Certificates are the bottleneck. The Campaign Store sells 20 a week, so buy them every week.
- Bond Badges: 1 a week from the VIP Store and 1 from the Alliance Store.
- Free-to-play: expect about 3.5 to 4 months to get it into a squad.
- Keep the three tracks within 5 to 10 levels of each other.
Skills
Level skills with Overlord Skill Badges. Recommended order:

Tips
- Save Overlord items for Alliance Duel Day 5 (Total Mobilization), when they can score points.
- Don't expect miracles. The power boost looks big, but research and gear usually help your fights more.
- Hero materials don't work on it. It has its own items.
