Season 6: Profession Skills
Engineer or Warleader, and which of the 21 seasonal profession skills are worth your 44 points.
Season 6 has 21 seasonal profession skills and 44 points to spend, on top of your Engineer or Warleader profession.
Engineer or Warleader?
Start as Engineer. Its resource saving cuts building costs, including the season buildings you'll be upgrading constantly. Warleader only makes sense early if a buddy gives you the Engineer buff every day.
Profession EXP
You earn Profession EXP mainly by upgrading season buildings. There's also a little from world map monsters, and a daily claim from Professional Insights. At season end, leftover Mushrooms, Spore, War Merit, Bait, Fish and Tactics Cards convert into Profession EXP too.

Depends on how you play
- Double Exchange (Lv 10): swap two season resources at 1:2, about every 2 days.
- Golden Fish Chest (Lv 55): +1/3/5% chance of an extra Golden Fish Chest. It can leave fewer fish to donate.
- Homeland Attack / Defense (Lv 65 / 70): +1/3/5% Hero Attack and Defense in your own territory. Good for defenders.
- Invasion Attack / Defense (Lv 95 / 100): +1/3/5% Hero Attack and Defense in enemy territory. Good for attackers.
- Buddy Fortify (Engineer, Lv 90) and Wall Fortify (Warleader, Lv 90): wall durability teamwork between an Engineer and a Warleader who fights a lot.
Skip
- Combat Experience: monster Profession EXP is tiny.
- Rainforest Style: a cosmetic base skin.
- Shrinking Spell (and usually Fragile Spell, which it requires): very niche.
